As long as the mail connects with that days MC feed,it can be collected any time.
Boxes with day tags will show if they have been cleared already that day.

I sent TNS an email re posting at my local box - this is their reply, incase it might be useful to anyone.


Last Collection times at around a third of Royal Mail’s post boxes have changing to 09:00am on weekdays and 07:00am on Saturdays.

When posting a survey item at one of these boxes please do not post it the day before in order to make the following morning’s collection, as this will cause problems at data entry. Please post on the scheduled day. If you cannot post before the last collection time please post later in the day, confirming the time of posting and that this was after last collection. Please confirm this even if you think from the tablet day or other sources that the last collection might not yet have been made. This is an adjustment which we should be able to make from SMART readings and other sources.

Letter from HQ, ooh, the vouchers for recently posting two cubes I think. Was vouchers but to post another bloody cube in two weeks time. Seem to be getting more than my fair share of those things this time round! :mad:

I'm sure one of the bits of paper said you should expect to send or receive one a month. In the last 3 months, I've had 2 cubes inbound and 2 cubes and a medium outbound. The pre-pay vouchers arriving the week before the relevant pack and the £2 bonus 2 or 3 weeks after posting - I'm still owed the last one.


I do seem to have had more Jiffys and DVD boxes this stint compared to previously.

Only one cube in my training 4 months ago! I don't mind, actually, I do like to have if they let me! Since it seems I am always asked to post at post office. £2 can be contributed to my petrol cost.

Just post the item on the same day of the week when you are able to post it. Don't worry about TNS or the their reports. Just make sure you report correctly on the TNS website when you actually post the item and you will be fine.
