I started to prepare my letters and found I have 2 DVD boxes both with stamps when I should have had 2 cubes, 1 stamped and 1 to have an APL. I have emailed them. I have been doing this on and off for the last 7 years but they do seem slightly more disorganised this time round:D

I recently got moved to the live program and have just received a cube to send and another letter, I received a sellotape, but no stamps or presentation stamps! I've started about 2.5 months ago, is it normal or should I chase them up?

I also got moved to Live panel. I have three different posts to make for which I have some stams and the Humanitarian Stamps.

I have to enter three R numbers but they are all coming up invalid. any suggestion will be appreciated. I have contacted TNS yet to get a reply.

You sure these are not the ones for the recipients to enter? There are R numbers on the stuff I need to send, but we don't log the posting pack we receive right?


Did you get the humanitarian stamps with the same bulk of post plan etc? or in multiple packs?

You only enter the R Numbers from letters/parcels you receive from other senders on the panel not the ones which come in the posting packs from head office.

CKS I got the Stamps in the main parcel with post plans etc.

These R numbers are on the Information Label with the addresses to be posted to.

When I got my Test panels I used to enter these numbers successfully.

this time I have not been able to.

The way I work out if I need to enter the R numbers is....
If I am sending the R number paper out, NO
If I'm going to throw the R number paper away, YES


I think you don't log them because it's for the receiver to do that, but lets see what they say.

I would drop them an email - you should get your second set of stamps when you start the live survey plus a presentation pack.

You only enter R numbers from the items you receive from other panelists, the ones on the labels in your posting pack will get entered by the recipient when they receive them
