I have just returned following a rest period and amazed that I have to go through the training again - I already know how the system works

They always do it this way.

Just restarted myself for the 5th time, but still have to go through the training yet again.

IF queried about it containing a LITHIUM Battery just answer NO!

What do you think that little round coin cell is?

Posted a cube this morning, the guy serving picked it up, found it to be so light he shook it beside his ear to see if there was actually something inside!

I'd wedged the Smart & paper in with the polystyrene bit so it didn't make a sound, had to try very hard not to laugh and just told him it was a craft item made from paper so needed extra protection. :rotfl:

Phone them or use the email contact for general queries. Info on the survey site.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
  • I'm still in training and posted an envelope in my usual box this morning. When entering it online the normal time for the last collection had reset to 6.10 am. I wonder if this was a test for me to spot it or whether it had been changed by another panellist incorrectly instead of the posting time?
