I've had one turn up today to be posted tomorrow. No sign of one for Friday as yet.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
I received my first posting pack today for my 4th stint on the main survey. Two training letters to post but no training SMARTS - you would think it made sense for them to include them in with the posting pack given they are all identical and, you know, made of cardboard. I assume they will turn up in a separate mailing, hopefully before I need to actually post the first item :P
Guess you didn't read the sheet, that's included in the first posting pack, titled
"Introduction to the Royal Mail Performance Review"
What I suppose you'd call the 3rd "paragraph" starting PLEASE NOTE:
As for including them IN the posting pack, remember that as well as SENDING TRAINING items, you will also RECEIVE them. Logging under the Rxxxx reference exactly when, envelope size, postage amount AND SMART ID (when enclosed) etc.
Your first 2 Training Smarts will arrive (almost certainly) separately to each other in a Large Brown and a Small Brown envelope that will require logging.
And they are not ALL identical OR cardboard for that matter.
A constant reference ID and obviously each "performing" the same function yes, but I've just had one that was a REAL SMART and not cardboard. Don't think it actually had a battery fitted and it had been folded in half but no doubt it was a real one even if it had been deactivated or was broken.

SAD TIMES

Thank you for posting items for the Royal Mail Survey for the past few weeks. Due to a space being oversubscribed, we are going to pause your participation for a few weeks. You may still receive further training items to post for next week, please continue to post and record these items online.
We will let you know as soon as we have found another space for you. Meanwhile, you are able to continue participating on the Correctly Delivered survey.0 -
There was no such sheet in my pack - and is it really necessary to be so snippy? I was making a comment, not asking a question.Guess you didn't read the sheet, that's included in the first posting pack, titled

Another Thursday... Another A4 white envelope from Swan lane with the SMARTS to go in the week after next's postings...
I haven't had a single received item for 3 weeks now (and no non-R number items for the whole stint).
I assume there's a database somewhere that links senders and receivers based on which postal areas need to be measured but it seems odd to have not had anything coming in.I need to think of something new here...0 -
Hi all,
I have just returned to panel for another 6 months.
TNS have sent me a set of 1st class stamps and a set of large stamps. I think that they should have sent me a presentation set as well as part starting the survey again.
Can someone please remind me whether you get a presentation set when you start doing the survey again.
Thanks0 -

Are you "TRAINING" or have you now gone "LIVE" ?
What you've received is correct as far as I know for the training phase. (and these stamps arrived in the first posting pack?)

I started training in January and received two sets of stamps, also presentation pack - Shakleton, from memory.
Later received TNS diary, last week mini Easter eggs.
Am now on full panel, and thought I might have received new sets of postage stamps, but none received to date.0 -
I'm also in training and I've only got the 12 x 1st and 4 Large stamps in my pack0

When I re-started earlier this year, I received a letter which stated:-stephenliverpool1 wrote: »Hi all,
