I started training in January and received two sets of stamps, also presentation pack - Shakleton, from memory.

Later received TNS diary, last week mini Easter eggs.

Am now on full panel, and thought I might have received new sets of postage stamps, but none received to date.

You were lucky to get both diary and Easter eggs- not everyone gets these items.

When did you start on full panel? I received monthly stamps & presentation stamps with my 1st week for the full panel (but only "monthly" stamps when I first started training).

Sounds as though you should have received monthly stamps.
I received April stamps with my schedule for w/c 22 March so if you started again before then, email them and point out you haven't received your stamps and they should send them to you (but you shouldn't receive another presentation pack)

Thanks very much for replying redagila.

Have just been checking, and I started back on the full panel approximately two weeks ago. It was then that I received the Shackleton presentation pack, along with two books of stamps.

Luckily I keep a record, and mistakenly thought that the presentation set had been sent in January, when I first started retraining. It looks like everything is in order. :D

    Apologies.

I think they've got mine. :D Didn't mind about the diary, but if you want to sling the eggs in this direction......

In my mother's case 3 years and counting. They never got back to her so she's presuming her area is well over-subscribed.
