posting pack to large for letter box ! ...have to collect tomorrow ...drive to collect ..they should pay petrol when this happens ! LOL
I find that TNS sometimes split posting packs into 2 bags to avoid this - but still the delivery person decides it's too big. Last time it happened, I booked a redelivery online and it went through the letter box fine. So it's not really TNS who should refund you for a wasted trip but the delivery office. Let us know how you get on...

I got around one trip to Post office every week! So, if adding the time and the petrol, not sure I gain anything.

the only reason to go post office is cubes really. unless your postbox cannot fix the cd boxes in. everything else even if it says post office as long as it fits in a normal box. it can go in a normal postbox..

I am not sure about it.

Some did say when required to post at "Post office", you need to post the letter at the post box outside/inside the "Post office". Otherwise not much point to define "post box" and "post office".

I might be wrong. But I probably will stick to it.

You are correct john - as far as I understand it; when the list says Post Office it means the box outside a post office branch and Post Box means any box. I assume they are on different schedules for being emptied.
