Good Answer! Electronics plus polystyrene packing is both true and keeping the secret and I'd say better than the TNS official answer of "A sample of packing material".

I've only been asked once or twice in three years though...
I need to think of something new here...

No matter what I send, I always just say "some documents" - at least there are some A4 papers inside anyway.

I'm due to post 2 training items today and tomorrow

Tomorrow it's asking me to post a Jiffy bag and says it has to be posted at Post Office

Do I have to take it inside the post office and post it at the counter or can I post it in the post box that's outside the office?

Unless the schedule specifically asks for the item to be handed over at the PO counter, place in the postbox outside.

I have just returned following a rest period and amazed that I have to go through the training again - I already know how the system works

I have checked the list of prohibited items which is on display in the post office and the item being posted doesnt contain a prohibited item.
