Hiya hoping someone can help me. I've been on the full panel for 2 weeks now. I received an item today but it was actually delivered to my next door neighbour! It had the correct address on so a mistake by the postman. Can anyone advise how I log this or should I email them?

    Hi

Unless you are doing a correctly delivered survey, I'd log as normal.

I've five items to post next week but no smarts in stock. Hoping I may receive some in the post this week, but if not, I presume I should email them, maybe on Thursday and ask them to send some?

    Hi

Check manage my smarts first as they may be sending some to you or you should hopefully receive some from other panellist. If you still have none by Thursday, email them.

Was the item a Jiffy, a CD/DVD box, a Cube or similar that wouldn't go through your letterbox, and they left is at your neighbour because you were out ? (Or didn't hear the doorbell)

Well this has got to win the prize for the strangest cube I have ever received! It's not even like it is the DVD box which can be difficult to assemble!

And look where the stamp is! TNS would have placed it within the crease (as they would assume the sender would be folding the box correctly ....:p) so it has been peeled off and moved closer to the edge!

Seriously though, who would actually think you would send that item in any different shape than it naturally falls?!!

It should have had an APL, so there wasn't much right about this! I expect the sender was able to get it into a post box rather than posting it at the PO, and they will get their reimbursement for it! I am tempted to report it to TNS but would feel like a school snitch if I did!

I've had cubes to post with stamps attached...it doesn't need to be an APL....

but aside from that I would be tempted to send a poto of the item back to TNS and details of the insert and smart so they can at least trace who sent the item...whether they follow it up I guess is up to them but it doesnt seem as if the sender has a clue!

Yes, so have I had stamps attached to a cube but in this instance though, it should have been an APL, as that is what was stated on the R number label.

To be honest, I would do it. If it was supposed to be an APL, where did they get the £3.30 stamp that they have used? Peeled it off an incoming item that wasn't postmarked no doubt and re-used it
