I am new to this RMS main survey. I hope I will do it right to continue. I have my first post to do today. It's apparently it's a the small white env. with A4 sheet on which I have to stick an RXXX label. there is already an SAE with 1st class stamp. I have recorded them as per instructions and inserted the SMART with a 4 character code on it. I am going to post it before the last post near me.0

Posting pack arrived this morning. I do still have some SMARTs as I was waiting in case some more arrived before sending them back - as instructed to do in the "final post pack" communication.0

What do you do if there's no R number sticker on a letter/jiffy?0

Pull the paper out of the cardboard 'padder' & check if its stuck on one of those sheets or the cardboard.
If they definitely haven't stuck the r number label in there somewhere you can't book it in but I'm not sure tns would even be able to identify it.- Mortgage: 1st one down, 2nd also busted

I have had a couple of these. Email TNS with the details and they will ask you to return the smart in a smart envelope.0 -

Hiya,
I called TNS. They noted SMART number and found the allocated R number. So i was able to enter in the end.
If they couldn;t match the R number i would have had to of not entered, disposed of inserts and sent SMART back to TNS in SMART envelope.0 -
I applied for this months ago and never heard anything since until an email today which is inviting me to a new research study by TNS and Royal Mail.
Basically I have to keep an online diary for one month only of all mail I receive.
Has anyone else had this? Is it legit?
I don't like clicking on links in emails but have to press on the 'Sign Up' button to apply for this.
Hovering the mouse over shows this as tnsglobal-mail.com. Is this correct or should it be tnsglobal.com?
Thanks0 -

I had what was supposed to be my last posting pack around the 3rd week of January with stamps and presentation pack and a letter stating this was my last posting pack.
I still have items to post right up to the end of next week!
Think I will ring them tomorrow and find out what's going on.0
