In my local WHS they have the P.Box inside right next to the queueing line.

    Hi

Same in my local Tesco's Extra. I've used it once.

  • Hi all,

I need to send an important letter to a friend, who shares a flat with a few others; so I want to make sure that he gets it via Royal Mail. I think that I need to use the Royal Mail Signed for option to ensure he will get it but I am not sure. Could someone please confirm and how much the option(s) will cost.

    Thanks.

  • Does everybody else's

"Check Non R Number Items" box on the website - appear orange - always?
    i.e. " Task contain updated information "

I've clicked on it, and clicked on items already expected - and items expected in the future - it is still orange. There is no green tick, unlike every other box.

And presumably they don't want you to green tick each box every day, if nothing comes / nothing needs to be posted?

They changed it so it is always orange while on the panel the other year to make it stand out as people were missing non r number items as they didn't check to see what was expected.

Received a well battered jiffy yesterday hand written over several white labels. Obviously they had re-used one that had been received without the stamp being franked. ;)

OK, TNS left hand and right hand obviously not communicating.

Last week I received my "last posting pack" for this week.

Checked on line this morning and it is showing a further 4 items for next week. :o

Well they can. However the online set up has a 48 hr lead time.
If you have a number for the DO,they can redeliver tomorrow, even today dependant on area/duty structure.
Ta, custardy! I just believed the bit on the card that said book your re-delivery online. Though it wouldn't have helped since I was out all Saturday otherwise I could have just nipped down to the delivery office anyway.

The thing that irritates is that the TNS website tells me what's in the package and it will go through the letter box (it has done before and I have a full-size letterbox). The red card says 2 items. So if it's the posting pack split into 2 (because one is a box to be made up) , they will go through. Or possibly it's a posting pack and an unknown something else and the delivery operative has left the card because of the something else and didn't try the pack.

If the something else turns out to be a cube - I'll be even more fed up!
I need to think of something new here...

You were lucky, I received my 'last' posting pack letter before Christmas, then 2 more packs arrived after Christmas
Took me until mid Jan to post
Confused me - I had to look on the posting plan every day, I was planning to return them as I thought they'd sent them out incorrectly
