    The incentive stamps come in the posting packs - so if you're missing some, give TNS a call or an e-mail and they usually send out a replacement set.
    I need to think of something new here...
  • I'm on the training for the panel and just got my first pack to post items next week. Unfortunately one of the items is to be sent at the post office, but what to do if my post office doesnot have the post box outside? Do I just hand it over the counter? It's a jiffy bag with the stamp already attached. thanks for your help as couldn't find this in any of the FAQs
  • Always use the box outside the Post Office

    The poster said her PO didn't have a box outside!!
  • Apologies OP. I stand corrected
  • I have been also invited for the main panel. It's my first time I hope I can do ti right. Signed up and got my pack including the stamps packs, minus the SMART which is to come yet.
    I will look here for assistance.

    I don't think I've ever seen a post office that didn't have a box - maybe a slot in the wall type rather than a pillar box. Where is it - could it be that the office has moved and the box didn't so it's actually 100 yards away? {This happened at my local sub PO. The box was moved 5 years after the office moved.}

    Does anyone know if a PO can be without a box of some sort? Someone called custardy perhaps :-)

    I use the post office situated in a shop, and there is no post box outside.Everything is handed over the counter.

    We also have a post office in our area that has no box, its unusual but not unheard of :)
