Asked me to enclose a smart today that was not on my list.
On the solve queries page it asked me to confirm that I had received an item but I could not see the images. It had an R/number even though the magazine they send me does not have R/numbers.
Think someone in charge needs retraining.

Same here. Did two weeks of re-training, then nothing for two weeks now they've sent me a real smart which is listed on my account. Very confusing! :cool:

Anyone tried to log in this morning? I am getting an error "The security certificate expired yesterday" and google recommends it is not safe to continue. The https is scored through when I ask to continue.

Mine did that but ignoring it got me through to the proper page. Someone somewhere has just forgotten to update something.

Last time I did retraining there was a gap of a couple of weeks with nothing to do somewhere along the way and I remember others saying that was par for the course.

I got the same , not worth taking a chance , unlikely but the site may have been hacked

I've had the gap in training the last couple of times, it's the real smart they've sent for no reason (nothing listed for last week or this week to post) which is rather strange.
