For more than 4 weeks now I have a notification in the Non R number section that I am going to receive "dentistry". There is no image in the items I should have received section.
Do they normally take this long to arrive.

Yes, mine took a while to appear. It probably depends how often they are published. One of mine I haven't received yet whereas the others I receive weekly and monthly.

Yup, mine took about 6 weeks to arrive, the image popped up the day before it arrived.
I have had another magazine listed since before Christmas, of which I've been sent none & no images of it have appeared yet.

i had copy of dentistry about two weeks ago , my second , i think the first took 5 -6 weeks to show up on line , while the last copy was about week . i just checked each day until surprize surprize

Has anybody received a golden smart card. Does it say you are a winner on it. I received 4 smart cards this morning, three dirty looking white one and one that looks bronzy but could be classed as gold (hopefully).TIA

I have never been aware that anyone posting on this thread has been a winner unless like the lottery they want to keep it a secret!!

Can`t get the picture to show but have looked in the training manual and it does look like it will say if you are a winner. Had seen this but just really wanted it to be verified. Thanks any.

Bad news.... both are standard SMARTS - the bronze ones are the old design and the white are the new. I haven't had a bronze one since last Easter so I presume they are being withdrawn as the batteries go dead.

After two weeks training & no emails about any changes Iv very unexpectedly received a real smart. Fingers crossed having to retrain is annoying.
