Has anyone received an invite for the unaddressed mail survey recently and noticed that the survey duration has been extended compared to previous ones?

I tend to do it every month but where as in the past it has always been for a 3 week period, i have just completed a 4 week survey for them and an email invite received today is for a 5 week duration. The reward/ incentive is the same as always, a £5 voucher.

I'm not saying it is hard work but at only £1 per week, it makes me think a little. :rotfl:
I started my current UM survey on Monday and the invitation is for three weeks as usual, with two extra weeks allowed to enter data for any items that are late (I've never needed to enter anything in the final two weeks myself). All my UM surveys have been for three weeks plus the two extra weeks for data entry. I do the UM survey on an ongoing basis and nothing has changed since I've been doing it :)

Same here, always 3 weeks but with 2 extra weeks to enter things. Of course, since I tend to do the UMS with no break, anything that comes is just entered when it's received. I always get the items pictured the day they appear, or at latest the next day. If I don't have them by the Tuesday, they aren't coming.

I would think again, this is covered in the opening posts for this thread?
    Q) On my posting schedule I have a letter to post after 1PM on a Saturday. However, all my post boxes are emptied before this time. What should I do?

    A) If you don't have a collection at your post boxes after 1PM just post the item earlier in the day. Just make sure you record the time you posted it.

  • Had two emails about me changing last collection times for postboxes, asking me to double check & send photographic proof of plate. One was for a postbox in London (I'm in Scotland!) and the most recent is for one of my boxes, but I definitely have not changed any last pick up times. Anyone else had similar emails from TNS ?

  • My "February" incentive arrived today with that post pack.

I think we received the "January" incentive well before Christmas if we were on the panel at the time.

    I received mine today too.

One of my post boxes had been changed to 4 pm (not by me). I then changed it back to 5.30 and received the email asking me to send proof. I duly went to the post box photographed it and emailed the proof. The next time I went to use the post box it had changed to 4pm so I couldn't use it as it was already 5.15 pm. Had to hold onto it until the following week. It is a real pain as I finish work at 5 and now only have one box that I can post into on my way home which has last collection at 5.15. I get to it around 5.15. Most days I just post in a 9 am box on my way to work as it's easier.

What a pain, I'll wait & see what happens :)

TNS are taking the p*** in asking you to send proof. I would have told them to check it themselves. They are effectively accusing you of lying.
