The publication I received was a religious paper and it contained a SMART in a separate envelope but it was not on my non-R number list. It was a test item. So, no SMART is correct.

I was an active member 9 months ago, but I moved house so they took me off the survey. I have registered at my new address and I do the occasional misdelivery survey. Does anyone know when I am likely to be invited back?

Anyone else not received next week's (w/c 25th Jan) posting pack or is it just me - normally get it Sat at latest - 4 items showing on my on line list. Will e-mail if not in post tomorrow.

hi all,
I have started my training and I realised today I'm a major idiot !
I posted my first letter back today , got it all ready and all , have the posting schedule where I can see it and posted it today !
Got home to submit it online and realised it should have been posted tomorrow ... Feel like such a numpty !
What shall I do !
Will it affect my training ?
I suppose they will take me off now
In my defence I am full of cold !

I am preparing tomorrows items and I have just noticed the paper posting schedule says to enclose a SMART, but the website does not allow me to enter the SMART code. Should I put one in, or is it not required?

You don't have to ENTER the smart code.

If it's allocated the ONLINE schedule TELLS you which one to put in when "preparing it" and all you have to do is answer YES to confirm that you have.

You're not going to get chucked off the panel for one mistake. That's the point of the training period, for people to get the mistakes out of the way before they go on the proper panel. Just enter the date you did send, and email them to let them know you're aware of the error.
