It's definitely worth complaining, otherwise nothing is done.

Our postal service for the past few weeks has been abysmal. Cards either late arriving, or not getting there at all, even though stamped first-class. A friend's hospital appointment never arrived.

I know that we have just had Christmas (with all the extra post), but I've never known the postal service to be so poor!

What would you suggest be done?
Do you understand the volumes of the 'extra' post?
How much more would you be willing to pay? This is the bottom line.

Well unless we are related. Why are you posting about it here?

Yes but why post at all?
You dont care as long as you are not affected. Why should others care about you?

This thread is supposed to be about the RM survey - can you please stop slagging one another off!
  • I agree...............thanks.
  • Hello

My magazine didn't contain a SMART. Is it listed on your non R number items?

I received a publication which was a test item and had a SMART plus a R number in enclosed in a separate envelope.

    What have you received?

Thanks for all replies re no smart in a magazine. It was a religious paper sealed in clear plastic, I was expecting it as it was listed on non R number list. I guess some do have smarts/some don't - I was just a bit thrown as it appeared on entering info online it should have had a smart.
    Thanks again.
