Has anyone received an invite for the unaddressed mail survey recently and noticed that the survey duration has been extended compared to previous ones?
I tend to do it every month but where as in the past it has always been for a 3 week period, i have just completed a 4 week survey for them and an email invite received today is for a 5 week duration. The reward/ incentive is the same as always, a £5 voucher.
I'm not saying it is hard work but at only £1 per week, it makes me think a little. :rotfl:0 -
Last April, I was invited back after resting for 6 months. Did my training then was told oversubscribed so back to resting. Just been invited back again, posted two training letters last week and now oversubscribed and back to resting again
Still, have had CD and UM almost continuously since about Sept0 -
I am preparing tomorrows items and I have just noticed the paper posting schedule says to enclose a SMART, but the website does not allow me to enter the SMART code. Should I put one in, or is it not required? You don't have to ENTER the smart code.
If it's allocated the ONLINE schedule TELLS you which one to put in when "preparing it" and all you have to do is answer YES to confirm that you have.
The online schedule allocates designated smarts eventually but it is possible to prepare items before that happens. In that case you would be presented with a drop down list from which to select a smart from your stock.
If the online schedule does not show that a smart is required while the paper schedule does, then you follow the online version and don't include a smart.0 -

Received my February stamps in post pack for 1 February.
My "February" incentive arrived today with that post pack.
I think we received the "January" incentive well before Christmas if we were on the panel at the time.0
