Does anyone know what the Smarts record, do they record the time you drop item into post box? I often have to post pm, the box is only emptied once a day at 5 pm so if it is more convenient for me to post item in the morning would it make any difference?0

You can always post on the appropriate day, as long as it's before last collection, even if it's not the right time.
I sometimes have to post my 'after midday' items on the way to work and it's fine. Just be honest when you enter the posting information in to the website and put the actual time you posted it.
Obviously you should make the effort to post to their timetable, but if you can't, it's okay.Comper and general cheapskate0 -

Well after a "short break" (20 months) I'm amazed to be back on this, but just training again. I'd forgotten how complicated and important they make the really very simple process sound, it's hilarious.0

I am doing unaddressed mail survey at moment. Have received a letter to "the householder" with my address on it - is this classed as unaddressed? Thanks0

I would treat it that way as your name is not on it.0 -
