    Hi

So glad I've got SMARTS to return to TNS. SMARTS now in single figures ( I previously had 14 :eek:).

I would never disturb my neighbours by knocking on their doors to ask for their junk mail, but maybe that's just me, or where I live.

My problems with the whole sending stuff back thing are that yes, I might want the item I'm posting back, I've now got another polythene bag kicking around, and it's an extra step that I wasn't expecting. I clearly said I was just having a whinge and not that it was the end of the world or anything, but just like when your favourite item at the supermarket goes up by 5p, even though it's inconsequential really, it still niggles.

I really don't understand all the royal mail survey cheerleading that goes on in this thread, but to each their own.

If it helps, you don't have to send everything back every time. They asked me to save and send it all back the one time, but since then I've not had to do it again. I think it's an occasional random check rather than a regular thing.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

I've done the UMS once a month every month since June, and this is the first time I've had to send stuff back - glad to hear it's not the new normal. Thanks :)

Anyone having trouble bringing up the survey site? I could not log on earlier and now the logon details do not even appear.

Looks as though there is a problem - just coming up can't be found for me

It's not working for me either. I expect it will be Monday before they do anything about it!
