I've done that - got to the counter and forgot what had to go on - so 1st it is.... as that's what it was the last few times I'd posted cubes. Then typical when I checked it was 2nd.
So I emailed them and they said it was fine but in defence my dad had passed away that week so I wasn't thinking straight.

Re above if it was the back end of Oct 15 it was possible me lol xxx

I received some more SMARTS today, which brings my total of SMARTS not yet allocated to 10! I have never had so many at once before! I have previously returned them when I have been asked to. But should I be sending some back if I have a pile of them? I don't want to be hogging all the SMARTS eek!

They update the website on Thursday pm for any Smarts they want returned, so suggest you wait & check on Friday am - you may well find they ask for the return of the ones you have just received!!

Well I'm on re-training for my third stint and I'm fed-up of it already. Exactly the same stuff for three weeks out of four (one small white and one jiffy bag). No diary and no Christmas Stamps. No magazines (not even Property Week).


Meanwhile on the Unaddressed Mail survey, phone call after phone call asking me to confirm that what I put in on the website is correct.


I'm starting to wonder if it's worth the effort...
