Generally yes. (I think I've occasionally had other circular type correspondence.)


On the Daily Tasks List there's a "description" button for "Check non R number items". Click on that and you'll see what may be on its way to you or which you should have received. If you are unsure, keep the item for a week as the website may be slightly behind the times.

Now that the jiffy bag inserts come with the picture and written instructions to place the papers "within the centre of the card insert" - if they arrive with a flattened card and the papers not "inserted" but included, is the sending panellist rebelling or simply unable to understand either words or pictures?

Given that this was explained here on more than one occasion starting at least a few months ago and it was dismissed more than once as being, "pointless", "a waste of time" and "why bother" .........

AND

... that I've received just about every possible combination of contents that a Jiffy bag can contain, from all the sheets of paper and card sleeve and Smart and R-number sheet in various "layout" arrangements to ONLY a Smart & "R" sheet :doh: :doh: :doh:

then I'd say it's BOTH !

I'm re-training at the present and the jiffy bag for me to send are arriving with the insert & paper already folded and inserted and in the jiffy bag. Is this their new way of trying to educate members?

I am just starting my first time on the Live Panel.

I received my first posting pack of 3 items together with 3 Smarts, the first one due to be posted today.
The Code for the Smart to be included shown on the online posting plan corresponds to 2 of the Smarts received in the pack.

However the 3rd one which is due to be posted before midday on the 4th Jan is not the same code as the one sent to me ie I do not have it.

I have emailed the helpline but of course they are closed until 9.30 on the 4th:(

What does one normally do in this situation?

The Smart you dont have may be getting sent to you by someone else today maybe?

They were up until recently sending them out already made up but now have reverted to the method you mention. I am pleased they are not being delivered made up because for me it meant a visit to the local Delivery office if I was not at home.
