Same here. Received the magazine but cannot input yet as no identifiers are there.

I've got 11 SMARTS,:eek::eek: none yet to be returned.

I wish they would send a magazine worth reading- boring London Review of Books !! - mine goes out of the plastic wrapper into the recycling.

Loads of SMARTs here too, 7 left after filling my items up to w/e 17 Jan. Returned 5 last Fri. I wonder if the system is fully automated and will produce a return list tomorrow.

Has anybody had any emails querying that some items may have been posted outside your postcode area?

I had two in a week but have posted in my postcode area.

Me too. I only had one. I wondered if with the increased postal volume in the runup to Christmas some mail was being sorted by machines that couldn't detect the SMART so that it didn't scan.
