For the past 2-3 times, I've been getting 'are you sure you logged in the correct date' query. It says 'according to the smart you have logged it wrong'.
The first time I corrected it thinking I had probably made a mistake but I don't think I have. But surely a SMART reads information better. I don't understand why this is the case though. Anyone else had this? How did you deal with it?
It just means it was delayed in getting to you. You should always just submit the information based on what you know to be true - and leave it to TNS to determine if it was posted late (perhaps the panellist who sent it to you entered in the sending date wrong) or if Royal Mail delivered slowly. It's pretty much the whole point of the panel.Comper and general cheapskate0 -

I have the same problem. For the last few weeks I have been asked to postbox an item on a Saturday after the last collection. The last collection being 11.45am. I post the item about 12.10pm and check the day showing has been changed and it was showing Monday. However I receive a query from TNS stating the SMART states it was 16.20 hrs the item was collected on Saturday.
I rang TNS and got them to note my comments regarding this issue that this has happened twice from the same post box and always on a Saturday. I did not want them to think I was lying and hopefully this matter will be taken up with the local mail office.0 -
I have just finished my 4 weeks training at the end of November and am now on the main panel.
Have received my first posting schedule starting 31 December, the pack included 3 Smarts for the 3 postings.
I have today received another schedule starting 11 Jan but no Smarts included. Is it possible they know that I am going to receive some mail from other panelists which will include Smarts?
Also when I started the training I received the incentives in the first pack. I have not received any for this period, how do they normally come?
Thanks for any help.0 -
Anyone received a free diary from Kantar this year? Haven't received mine yet but got one for the last 6 or 7 years.0

Your SMARTs should come from mailings from other panellists. If for some reason you don't have a SMART when it's time to post something, email TNS and they'll send you one, and you'll just send the item on the correct day a week later.
My incentives usually come a week or so before the start of the next month. I'd just email them and ask - if you've been missed out they'll send them again.Comper and general cheapskate0 -

Like you I haven't received a diary yet - hope I do as I like their ones.
I'm on training after the 6 month break so hope I'll get it with the first "proper" schedule. If not it will have to be a trip to the 99p shop!0 -

Late collections arent a problem. As long as the collection mail connects at the hub/mail centre0 -

I have had a couple of queries stating the box was emptied after I posted on a Sat but SMART shows Mon. One time I saw the postie emptying the box on my way into town and posted on the way back home, the plate stated Monday. Are RM staff now falsifying collection times for some reason ?
This week I have had 2 received item queries asking if items were logged on the correct day. One stated I logged Fri and SMART data showed it should have been Wed. I only had one item yesterday and it was postmarked Thursday so !!!!!! is going on. As to if it was the correct R number, how do I really know as I log them and dispose of the sheets - should I now start keeping them ?0
