Royal Mail Surveys rewarded with Stamps.

I've had an e-mail inviting me back after my 6 months "rest" so I said yes and the next e-mail tells me I'll get my first posting pack in the first week of December. Anybody got an idea whether this means cardboard SMARTS and training start in December or training in November and real SMARTS in December?

I'm afraid you go back to the training...last time for me it was the full 7 weeks!

expect your pack in december to be a training one.

They are usually sent on Thursdays and mine arrived last Friday. However still cannot figure out they have enclosed Incentive stamps for December and nothing for November.

November incentive arrived early mid October if you haven't received them contact tns. Incentives always arrive early in the preceding month

When did you start on the active panel rather than training? You may have just missed it in which case it's hard luck for the moment but you should get one at the end before coming off hopefully. I've had this in previous years.

Can someone please remind me what you get when your 6-month stint ends. I seem to remember, it was a presentation pack, 24 1st class stamps and 8 large letter stamps but I am not sure ?

I have checked and the training finished in September and started with the live panel on the 9th October and thats when I received my stamps for October.

Think it is the presentation pack but only 1 book of each stamps (i.e. 12 1st class and 4 large letter)

Are you sure the stamps were the October incentive - more likely to be the November ones? Remember as trix-a-belle said, the incentive usually comes out in the preceding month.

Thanks to everyone who helped with the issue of my incentive for November.
I have today received an email from TNS apologising for the error and they have reordered them for me.
