  • Just started the training period again.
Have received the first posting pack, I understand I need not log that in the Received item list.
However the Cardboard SMARTS are received separately, should I log their R Numbers as received.
    Thanks

you log the cardboard smarts when you receive them in items of post with an r number,
if tns are sending you some for your stocks to then put in outgoing items don't log those, the same as you treat the real smarts

I have just received my postings for two weeks time and in the package it says please find your incentives for December and these are the usual stamps etc.

However the last time I received any incentives was on the 9th October. So based on that should I expect an incentive for November.

I'm an avid knitter so I lie and say it is knitted baby things.
If the Royal Mail knew that the survey was being carried out by people happy to lie about the contents of parcels, why should they accept you complete the survey truthfully?

Surely you aren't expected to deliberately lie when dealing with Post Office staff??

Hi, I've just received my first cube to post. Do I include the foam that came with it when I post the box or post without it. Thanks :)
  • Yep you do.
