Its called the Correctly Delivered survey and it involves counting how much addressed mail (as opposed to unaddressed leaflets) you get delivered to your address every day for two weeks (excluding Sundays) and recording it on the website. It pays a £5 Love2Shop voucher for the two week survey. You may get an invitation in your email to the survey, or keep an eye on the website daily as there will sometimes be an invitation on there at the bottom of the page with a button to click to register your interest

Same happened to me. Did some retraining, rested for a couple of weeks. now back on the panel.

Its not unusual - I had several weeks gap during training this year. TNS are not the best organised company around

I'm trying to enter my unaddressed mail and its coming up with an error.
Tried safari and chrome.

Yeah I can't log in either - just tried a couple of minutes ago - and I'm using Internet Explorer. Presume the site is down temporarily, will give it another try later
