Thanks to everyone who helped with the issue of my incentive for November.
I have today received an email from TNS apologising for the error and they have reordered them for me.

Just to let you know I have received my stamps for November and a letter of apology. Also the tape.

I keep getting a pop up message saying that my browser has blocked an important message from them. Obviously it hasn't as that window can pop up and it still pops up, even if I 'allow' pop ups. Does anyone know if it's a legit message that I need to read?

I also got a random roll of sellotape included in last week's package!

I think this might be the message.

    Updating PostBox Last Collection Times
Please ensure that you check the last collection plates of the postbox each time you post a test letter, as Royal Mail regularly update their collection times.

If the last collection time on our website is different from what is displayed on the postbox itself we request that you:

    - Please double check that the postbox ID on the postbox (see example below) matches the postbox ID of the postbox on your profile. If the ID is different please add the correct postbox to your profile before proceeding

    - Please ensure you are making use of the correct Monday to Friday time and correct Saturday time (See example below)

    - Please ignore any stickers or other messages on the postbox
  • Hi everyone - just rejoined the post panel following a house move & have 1st cube box, I see a barcode label & my address on a label - do these go on the box - if so where? Laughed at the note stating what to say to the counter clerk if they ask what's in the box

Your posting schedule should say if you need to write the recipients address on the outside or have an address label for them to be stuck on, you should have an r number sticker to be stuck on the sheet of paper to go inside with the foam/polystyrene & smart if applicable. Make it up as you would any other envelope or posting item.

I think you are referring to the barcode & address label of your address at the bottom of the sticky label sheet? These are for tns use, you can discard.

I just wish that Royal Mail supplied the same information to TNS as actually appears on the boxes.

I've reported a difference which still hasn't been corrected - either by the TNS database recognising the time on the box or the box being updated with time from the supposed RM database.

Ditto - my postbox is still saying last collection at 5.30 and TNS seem convinced it's 9 am. Getting fed up of correcting it at regular intervals.
