Here is the information from their website - well worth reading the information on it
Incentives
Stamps – As an active panellist, each month you will receive 12 x 1st Class stamps and 4 x 1st Class Large Letter stamps.

Presentation Stamps – We will send you one presentation pack when you begin the survey and another upon completion of 6 months.
So once you go on the active panel you receive stamps each month. It is a good idea to make a note of the date of the posting schedule you receive at the same time as the stamps.
Then you can keep a check that you are receiving them each month. If they don't arrive, just drop them an email & they will send you some.

On my information they say I will receive a Presentation Pack every three months.0 -
I received a jiffy bag today with first class (£3.30) postage on it. Underneath the stamp, in biro, is written '(overstamped by customer)'. I assume this was written by a RM employee and means there's too much postage on it?
The jiffy bags are supposed to be too thick to go as a large letter and so £3.30 would be correct first class small packet postage. The problem is the cardboard inserts that are supposed to bulk them up easily collapse and if this happens the padded bag is large letter size.
It sounds like whoever sent it handed it over a post office counter and the counter staff forced it through the large letter slot on their size guide. They probably wrote on the packet in biro to cover themselves against being accused of overcharging customers.0 -

Perhaps they are using old stationery, but I believe they are now only sent at the beginning of your 6 month and at the end and this would tie up with the website.
Perhaps others can confirm.
Surely it equates to the same thing roughly just that the gap between isn't 3 months, 1 posting pack per 3 months.- Mortgage: 1st one down, 2nd also busted

Swagbucks, Mingle, GiffGaff, Prolific, Qmee & Quidco; thank you MSE every little bit helps0 -
I received my first magazine yesterday. I went to enter the details online and I got so far into the process and because I said no smart the system asked me to recheck the packaging. However no smart enclosed.
I rang their helpline and said they would enter the details for me. I did receive a smart the same day with an R number in a separate envelope but the advisor said this would not be connected with the magazine. Still confused.0 -
What is the point of me posting after midday on a Saturday0

I'm currently resting but posted something at the box I usually use for the survey. Noticed a sticker on the front and thought it was going to say they were changing the final collection to early morning like a lot have, was surprised to find it said they were actually putting it back from 5.30pm to 5.45pm!0

Don't worry I've had this with quite a few of the magazines I'm currently receiving. if there isn't a smart in it there isn't a smart, just confirm there isn't one when it asks you to recheck & carry on through online.- Mortgage: 1st one down, 2nd also busted

nothing too unusual. The change to COLOD (collections on delivery) can mean changes to normal collections too.0
