Its possibly old paperwork, when I first started the survey I used to return papers and magazine wrappers but have not done that for a couple of years.0

I received a Church Times newspaper with r number and smart. Inside was a compliment slip saying this is a test item on behalf of TNS. Please return envelope and all enclosed items next Friday. There is no address to return it to and an A5 window envelope. I have no idea what I am supposed to return...to where and in what. Do I pay for the postage and claim it back. It won't fit in the A5 window envelope as it is a full newspaper.2020 Wins:

Hi just come back on the panel after a long time away and received my first APL to post.
Can anyone advise me please about these, do I need to specifically ask for an APL or do i just hand over to counter staff l and they stick one on? Don't want to end up with stamps on it!Greyer by the minute - Older by the hour - Wiser by the day0 -
I always just ask for first or second class and the label seems to done automatically. I guess it's quicker for them than faffing around with stamps. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
One good thing, apart from the stamps, is getting some free packing boxes, jiffy bags etc, when you receive test items..breathe in, breathe out- You're alive! Everything else is a bonus, right? RIGHT??0

Stamps – As an active panellist, each month you will receive 12 x 1st Class stamps and 4 x 1st Class Large Letter stamps.

Presentation Stamps – We will send you one presentation pack when you begin the survey and another upon completion of 6 months.
So once you go on the active panel you receive stamps each month. It is a good idea to make a note of the date of the posting schedule you receive at the same time as the stamps.
Then you can keep a check that you are receiving them each month. If they don't arrive, just drop them an email & they will send you some.

I've had a query today from the postal survey team and I'm just wondering if anyone else has had the same before? Our records indicate that some of the items you have posted for us may have been posted outside of your postcode area WV, which means that these items cannot be included in our results.
Could you please confirm whether or not this has ever been the case so that we can amend our records accordingly?
Now I know for certain that all my items have been posted within my postcode area as I only ever use 4 particular post offices & boxes, which all start with my postcode area, and I've been doing the survey for over a year (apart from the resting months) so I can't understand why there's suddenly a problem. I have replied accordingly but seems a bit odd.0 -
I think someone reported this in the past and it seemed that after the post was collected it was taken to a different sorting office(?) so appeared to have been posted out of area.
I shouldn't worry about it as we all receive odd emails from time to time without any repercussions.0
