Hi
I was accepted onto the survey in August. The welcome email said :
During your first few weeks on the panel, we will introduce you to the activities that comprise the survey through our ‘Training’ process'.
My last sender pack was 2nd September. I keep checking the posting plan but it's blank. I've had no emails since the welcome email.
Is this normal? Am I on or off the survey? Any advice welcome.0 -

scratching my head today trying to figure out how im supposed to post a cube into a post box? im tempted to squash it down into a cd box, or i could pop it as it is into one of them giant white envelopes im collecting - would be the only time i have ever found any use for one, excluding the one i use to keep my giant white envelopes in.
i got two cubes in my posting pack today, well actually i got two posting packs today, both containing a cube, both packs had more than enough room inside to hold both, ironic really because both big blue heavy duty xxl jiffys could adequatly contain any sized weekly posting pack, as opposed to the usual scraggy full to bursting (often already burst but dont tell THEM that i may have been compromised) tissue type envelope that usually gets jammed through my letter box.
one is an apl from a post office, the other is stamped from a post box, also included was some "dear panelist" bumf, usual smarts begging letter & whats what sheet - package types explained, posting methods & costs, love2shop reinbursment structure. nothing about giant/magic/plyable or adjustable post box slots, did i miss a very important scrap of paper???0 -

Don't be silly a cube won't fit in a post box so take it & hand it in at a post office counter. If its not cube shaped then its not being posted in the correct format. I often think the location may be computer generated so doesn't think about the common sense aspect (previously had an item requested to post on a bank holiday then got a query why the smart said it was picked up a day late) you are not a computer & have common sense so use it. Or maybe you could email the panel to give them a heads up & tell them you are going to send it as a flatpack cube & see what they think to that.
I often get my posting packs split into 2 envelopes due to the number of CD boxes & cubes included in them for that week, it means they ACTUALLY fit through my letterbox rather than me having to go out & collect them from the sorting office, its quite thoughtful of them to consider that imo as it shows they are learning, equally the movement to plastic sack envelopes rather than the gusseted paper ones we used to get which often ripped. One day the other little gripes may get ironed out too.- Mortgage: 1st one down, 2nd also busted

You hand it over at a post office counter. And then you get sent £2 in vouchers for your trouble

I had something similar happen, I had an email in August to say congratulations you passed the training (I had been rested for 6 months), yet i didn't receive any post nor was there any scheduled for me to post for several weeks.
I rang them to query it and was told they had done an update on their system and for some reason it had caused a glitch and that was why i hadn't had anything even though I was showing as being on the live posting panel on their system.
I had received my monthly stamps incentive.
Maybe worth giving them a call.0 -
When the form says you must post a small envelope at the post office, but it's already pre-stamped, do they just mean the post box outside the post office, or that you have to physically hand it in?0

You should post it in the post box outside the post office, unless it's too big and won't fit.0
