Can't you tell by the addressee initials that is a test item??
If it's at the Sorting Office waiting for postage to be paid, you don't get to see it unless you go there, you could ask over the phone if there is a return address or any indication of who it is from if you can get through, my Sorting Office takes forever to answer the phone so it's quicker to go there."Sealed Pot challenge" member No. 138

All I got was a card through the door from the postman saying there was an item of post at the sorting office that could not be delivered because it did not have enough postage on it.
It didn't say whether it was for me or my husband, nor did it say whether it was a letter or parcel.
It only said that £1.74 had to be paid. That could have been extra postage but, as it turned out, there was no postage at all on the itemThe world is over 4 billion years old and yet you somehow managed to exist at the same time as David Bowie0 -

I've had a card today ...it just gives surname and our standard address ....a fee of £1.11 is payable
There is no way of me telling that the item is a survey item or not until its either redelivered after I attach postage to this card or collect it from the local sorting office...
I was only thinking the other day when I replied to your post that I had never had that type of problem with the survey and potentially I have now received the very thing I was commenting on.frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

Probably best to just drop them an email with the information - they should then be able to update the website.0 -
I have been doing this survey on & off for years and it seems to me there are more and more poor panellists.
Is anyone else receiving items with the date and class of post written above the stamps!?
Also when receiving a jiffy envelope there is no wad of A4 paper included?

half the time i find that people do write on the envelope.. its stupid.. if its small like an envelope. keep it in the massive white ones they send and write on the massive white ones as they wont be sent out.. eaither that or keep a diary. or log book. i use to have a diary and logged first class or 2nd class then the size. if there was multiples i would log first part of the post code. and thats all there is too it.0

Hi everyone! This has probably been asked a million times before, but I signed up via the link in the first post about 2 months ago and I haven't heard anything from TNS or had anything through the post? Is this normal? Should they have contacted me by now? TIA.Wins: Stairgate worth £27.99 and ViewSonic Monitor worth £129 = £156.99/2015, hoping to win a car!

If you read through this thread, you will find there is no definitive answer. It depends entirely on whether or when they need panellists in your Postcode area.0
