My account says I should have two smarts in my stock but I can only find one. I keep them together in a plastic wallet so no idea how it's went missing.

What should I do? I've tried looking everywhere.

it could be that TNS have sent another one in the post to you. as it will show up in your account before it arrives.. i got that several times and would hunt the house for it.

This happened to me once. It turned out that I had included it in an item which, on the paper schedule, was shown as needing a smart. After posting it I noticed that the online schedule had been changed so that a smart was no longer required. I had to inform the helpdesk so that they could rectify the problem.

Hi everyone, I've just re-joined the survey again. It's been a couple of years since I was last on the panel. I've noticed that Royal Mail have changed many of the last posting times on bog standard Post Boxes in ordinary residential roads. Around me, the last posting time for each day is 9am!!! Apart from being ridiculous, if I am unable to post that early, surely it would be acceptable to put an item in the Post Box the day before (knowing it's not going anywhere) even though this will conflict with the date shown on my posting schedule? Is anyone else having this problem? Otherwise, I will just have to post all my items from the Post Box outside the sub- Post Office near me which still gets emptied around 4pm and surely defeats the point.

Also, do we just get 2 books of 1st class stamps now? Last time, I got a big presentation pack of stamps as well.

You could try paying for something with them- they are a legal form of currency! The only other thing is that they can be used for Postal Orders. Easier to try and sell them to friends/ family?

I've had one like that arrive from them today and as the letter says it's already listed for use in my account.

Be careful about posting the day before....the times on the postboxes are only indicators....I have a postbox nearby that suggests last posting will be 9am and assumed that it was also emptied at that time too....yesterday I saw it being emptied at 5pm.
I am lucky that I live just a short walk from that box and that there are others locally that still display the 5pm last collection

I believe that the day you post the item is more significant than the time so if you are unable to post before the stated last collection I would still post that day and log the actual time you posted the item....if you attempt to post the night before there is a possibility that the box could still be emptied after you have posted the item but before the actual day you should post it.
