Thanks. I tried to do that but it just does not work. I just use the 'old' time of 1800hrs to complete my entries. I may leave it like this as I am not having a good time (somebody I know has died) and I can't be bothered contacting TNS; especially as I don't see wot real difference the last collection time makes to any entry when you enter the time posted for each entry; so why do you need to enter the last collection time as well.

    Hi all,

I have rejoined the panel a few weeks ago. Trouble is my nearest post box has changed it's last collection time to 0900hrs AM each morning but I can't work out how to show this on the TNS website. Can anyone please help.

    Thanks.

    They ALREADY KNOW.

When you select this specific post box to confirm which one you've posted your item(s) in, it will display the last collection time they have recorded for it, and it will show 09:00.
They will ask you to confirm it says the same on the front.

If this is too early to use then use one that's later in the day.
My nearest 2 boxes are 9am but 5 others all within 10 minutes walking distance are 17:00 or 17:30.

And the reason for "posted time" and "collection time" is IF the "posted" time is AFTER "collected" time, then you've actually sent it the FOLLOWING DAY !

When asked to confirm the last collection time you can click on 'I donlt agree'.

    Even if it's correct ?

Not much point doing the survey if you're going to lie...

... and what if another survey member is using the same box ????

Mchambers said the hour has changed to 09.00 am from something else or at least that's how I read the post. So it wouldn't be lying.

    I don.t understand wot u are saying.

The TNS website shows the last collection time as 1730hrs but the post box shows 0900hrs as the last collection. When I select 'I don't agree' on the TNS website and try to change the time, it either just logs me out or gives me an invalid data entry.

Sorry, your first post read as that the "trouble" you were having was because the last collection time for your nearest postbox is now 9am, when on your previous survey experience it wasn't (and the "issue" is that it's now too early for you).

I've entered a different "last collection" time for a Post Office recently and didn't have a problem.

I have also changed a time with no problem , although for a few days it kept showing the old time. I just kept changing it until it was updated.

Are you entering it in the correct format?
