Thanks Hollie, I guess that's it - they are cardboard so must be the training ones. The info re training isn't 100% clear!:j Currently doing the Swagbucks challenge :j0

I have just received a small white envelope with franked postmark of 81p.
I expect the envelope with a smart in was considered to be too thick for small letter so was franked as large letter at 81p by the company post desk clerk.
This does not agree with either first class amount or second class amount so comes under 'other postage'.
This is the second such item I have received. The previous one was also a franked postage.
Well as I left it blank and then pressed next ..it wouldnt let me go any further unless I ticked it which is why I was confused as everything was right0 -
sillyrabbit wrote: »Hi all. I'm new to this and have been accepted onto the panel. I've received 3 items so far; the first which a couple of items I need to prepare for posting. The 2nd and 3rd are from other panellists, including SMARTS. Both of these SMARTS have the same code.
I've tried enterring them as post received but the system won't recognise the SMART code. Any ideas? It's the first time I'm trying to enter post received so quite possible I'm doing something wrong!
I go the home page, and click on "Enter received items", then follow the prompts from there.
I've checked my posting plan and the SMART codes for the 2 items I need to post next week are those that I have received so I'm baffled.
It is a while since I did my training for the main panel, but the training smarts I received were disabled "real" smarts with the code AEDB. I don't remember if I had to log them or not, although I think it would probably be required if they came with an insert which included an "R" number. If they were delivered direct from TNS in the normal way (without an "R" number insert) then they would not need to be recorded.0 -

Quite correct as far as I'm concerned.
I've had the AEDB "Smarts" that came within a postal item that had the "R" number document - when logging their arrival it specifically asked about the enclosed "Smarts" which needed to be recorded.

I have just noticed that the helpline hours have been extended, when did this happen?
The info now provided is that "the opening times are 9.30 to 16.30, Monday to Thursday and 9:30 to 15:30 Friday."0 -

They'll tell you that they'll make a note of it in their system and you shouldn't post them. Sometimes the weekly pack is split in two because it's so big.0 -
Morning, hope I can get some help. Trying to sign up for postal surveys. Got post code accepted, but now at end of sign up I need a code from a flyer or email. I came to sign up through this site though so I haven't a code?0
