Thanks Hollie, I guess that's it - they are cardboard so must be the training ones. The info re training isn't 100% clear!

Well as I left it blank and then pressed next ..it wouldnt let me go any further unless I ticked it which is why I was confused as everything was right

I go the home page, and click on "Enter received items", then follow the prompts from there.

It is a while since I did my training for the main panel, but the training smarts I received were disabled "real" smarts with the code AEDB. I don't remember if I had to log them or not, although I think it would probably be required if they came with an insert which included an "R" number. If they were delivered direct from TNS in the normal way (without an "R" number insert) then they would not need to be recorded.

Quite correct as far as I'm concerned.

I've had the AEDB "Smarts" that came within a postal item that had the "R" number document - when logging their arrival it specifically asked about the enclosed "Smarts" which needed to be recorded.

I have just noticed that the helpline hours have been extended, when did this happen?

The info now provided is that "the opening times are 9.30 to 16.30, Monday to Thursday and 9:30 to 15:30 Friday."

They'll tell you that they'll make a note of it in their system and you shouldn't post them. Sometimes the weekly pack is split in two because it's so big.

Morning, hope I can get some help. Trying to sign up for postal surveys. Got post code accepted, but now at end of sign up I need a code from a flyer or email. I came to sign up through this site though so I haven't a code?
