Maybe everybody is getting a week off. I had one three weeks ago- nothing received and nothing to send.

Back to normal now.

I've been trying to join, not heard anything yet, how long did it take till you got on it? it says I'm eligible and they will be in touch but nothing i'm already on Kantar shop and scan, food on the go, tv monitor and internet data, also tesco orchard, thought another one won't hurt lol

It can take months or even longer to get on the panel - it was about two years for me. Depends when they need panellists in your area

Anyone else having problems with unaddressed mail. I've entered it, sent off the mail I'd collected, then got an email saying the form is showing I'd received no mail. Um, it wasn't like that when I submitted it.

I had a query about unaddressed mail a couple of months ago, but couldn't remember what I had received. I now take a screenshot of whatever changes are made so that I can refer to them in case of queries.

I have my last items to post tomorrow but I dont have enough smarts. I dont expect any as I am at the end of my first stint on the survey so I just send the item without a smart? It gives an option of None when doing the prepare or do I wait until next week in the hope they send me a smart for it?

I should wait and post next week as normal instructions. Although you are finishing posting, you may still receive post in the next week.

Grrr setting the one item i could post to be posted today and the other that I had no smart for has turned to no smart. Bit late changing on the day of posting and already at work :mad:
