I have a posting that says SMART this wednesday but has not had one associated. I do however have 2 smarts i could put in so do i pick one or wait until next wednesday when they may have associated it by then?

I never wait until they have been associated. I pick one myself every time and record it online by selecting the SMART from the drop down list.

I got my April incentive stamps today but no mini eggs! :(

Also, my envelope was quite badly ripped so I've e-mailed them to let them know. Might get dropped from the survey now but we'll see. A few times previously they've had small tears (not big enough to see anything inside but this time, a chuck of the envelope is missing.)

How strange is this.. post arrived this morning as well as a box of mini eggs which weren't in an envelope and didn't have my name/address on.

I find it rather ironic that we're supposed to report damaged test items sent by other panel members yet the ones which regularly turn up ripped are from their HQ...
  • When posting items ( Royal Mail Survey) what does "What day does it say on the post box tablet"mean. All ours say is Mon-Fri last collection time and Sat last collection time. So I presume I put in None of these.

They mean what day does the little tab say that the next collection is due to occur on (ie if it says tomorrow the collection for that day has already been taken)

My local post box has that notice so I put in " None of these ".

Maybe it is an Easter gift from Royal Mail :)

I got an envelope with my name and address but it was not sealed, contained nothing and had no stamp.
