I haven't been able to log in since yesterday.
When I say log in, I mean the website won't even load. I thought it was my connection but don't think it is...0 -
It might be worth clearing your temporary internet cache, history and cookies.

I wrote to RM earlier this week as my envelope was also torn yet again and suggested they used better quality envelopes.
Have had a reply today saying they are switching to plastic envelopes in a few weeks, so hopefully none of us will have problems in future.0 -

That's great news! When I e-mailed them telling them about my ripped envelope they told me they will forward my e-mail to the team that looks into these matters, but they never got back to me after that.0 -

I haven't been able to log in since Thursday, two different browsers (Firefox and Internet Explorer) and from two totally different locations
