I got my second retraining pack today and my sheet still says "before last collection" for both items. No letter about any changes either, maybe its only for those on the full survey at the moment.

I have three items to post next week but no smarts.

I expected them to be added to my account last night and delivered today but there are none added to my smarts account.

I have not had any items delivered for two weeks but did get smarts sent from TNS last Friday for this weeks items.

Seems they have lost me.

If no smarts arrive before posting days next week, you will just have to hold on to the items until the next week.


It might be worth contacting them pointing out that you are not receiving any post (or smarts) so they have a chance to check your situation.

Received two items today with smarts in so went to use them for next weeks items. When I clicked on each item it came up with a message that these were now non smart items.

So, obviously worth checking if that happpens to anyone else.

I got my April incentive stamps today but no mini eggs!

Also, my envelope was quite badly ripped so I've e-mailed them to let them know. Might get dropped from the survey now but we'll see. A few times previously they've had small tears (not big enough to see anything inside but this time, a chuck of the envelope is missing.)

Has anyone else found that the big brown envelopes they use tear easily?
