    I didn't get an e-mail and have only just checked the website but there is nothing on there either. I wonder if they just invite certain panelists?

    I have just finished another stint on the Unaddressed Mail survey, and have been offered a place on another starting on 30th March. As long as I am accepted this will be my 8th, and my 1st was during march 2014.

    Is it an error?

    That is for the correctly delivered survey, NOT the unaddressed survey.

    I passed my training and am only just on the survey, receiving magazines etc. I just don't know what to do with these things? will I be asked to send them on at some point? or are they mine to open/throw away?

    You can keep the magazines (or recycle them) after you've logged their arrival details. When we used to send the stuff back to them you had to rip the front page off!

    You are not asked to send them back and they are yours to do as you wish with...
    I do remember an email recently that suggested they are changing some of the ways they deal with non R number post which includes magazines and panelists are asked to keep them for 2 weeks before finally disposing of them...I will see if I can find the email exract...

    here you go...

    On Monday 16th February 2015, you will see some changes to the website.

    This change relates to the ‘Resolve Queries’ section of the website, where we have added queries relating to “Non R Number items”. Currently we ask you to resolve these via email, however from Monday (16th February) onwards, any queries relating to these items will need to be resolved via the website.

    As an aid to submitting the data correctly regarding the magazine/journal which you receive, images will be made available for you to see as reference. Further to this, we would like you to keep hold of your “Non R Number items” for at least two weeks, this is in order to help you with any queries.

    Further information regarding “Non R number items” can be found in the FAQs section under “Bulk Mail Items”.

    If you have any questions regarding this change or how to resolve queries, please feel free to get in touch;

    Hello everybody.

    Just some advice needed. I have done this for two runs. I was having to go to the RM delivery office every other week to collect the brown envelope with all my sender stuff as it was too big for my letterbox. Therefore I withdrew from it as it was miles to travel.

    I then thought about using my parent's address nearby which is the same postcode as me. So I registered again using their address. But i will only be going there on a Saturday to collect all the mail. I have been accepted and my mum agreed to write the date and time of receipt of everything with my name on.

    Do you know if it will be okay to do the data entry part once each week? (as I will collect all the mail on a Saturday from Mum and Dads house)

    Thanks V much in advance for help.
