Have just received a test letter, went to record it only to find the sender had stuck the instructions label (one on the left of the stickers sheet) to the page instead of the one with all the details on it! Luckily this also has the R number mentioned so I could log it.0

Now opened my posting pack for w/c 30th March which also arrived this morning. It includes my incentive stamps for April and a box of Cadbury's Mini Eggs. Amazing they were still in there as the envelope had a big rip in it!
Also inside is a letter saying they are introducing two time bands Before Midday & After Midday which they want us to post within as well as all the other rules. :cool:0 -
If they are going to insist on us sticking to the posting bands then that will be it for me, its not always convenient for me to post before midday. I've just started retraining this week, haven't had my posting pack for next week yet, I'll have a read of the letter when it arrives.2020 Wins:

Lol, I received one like that today as well0 -

Would it not occur to someone that writing the day, date and class of postage clearly on the front of an item might make it obvious to staff it's not a normal piece of mail? :undecided0

At least that is better than the previous lot which included about 3 time windows as well as "before last collection".0 -

Perhaps - but it does make you wonder whether anybody at TNS actually opens the envelopes sent as part of the training as surely they would be able to pick up that someone clearly can't understand the instructions about which label to use.0 -
I had a mis-call and when I googled the number I found out it was TNS Research - has anyone got a call from them previously?ally.0

Yes I had a call just after I restarted after my 6 month off to check that I understood everything - & that after I have been doing the survey for a few years!0
