All that is required is that you record however many items come through your letterbox but have no address details on them, for example any of the onaddressed items which are delivered by the postman, any free local papers, and any flyers from local businesses etc. There are occasionally specific items which TNS have been warned are due to be delivered, and if these are expected then TNS will add an image of them with checkboxes available so these specific items can be noted separately.
Sometimes they require you to send all your unaddressed mail back to them, with each one having a sticker indicating the day/week the item arrived.0 -
Apart from just making abooboo by looking at one letter and recording details of another I know what I am doing. The only thing that confuses me is the question "other postage".. I mean if its first class stamped large letter and it has appropraite stamps on what is "other postage related to.
I am returning to main survey after 2 years off, 3 weeks training before Christmas, rested and now back on.0 -

I have just received a small white envelope with franked postmark of 81p.
I expect the envelope with a smart in was considered to be too thick for small letter so was franked as large letter at 81p by the company post desk clerk.
This does not agree with either first class amount or second class amount so comes under 'other postage'.
This is the second such item I have received. The previous one was also a franked postage.0 -
Hi guys, I was not able to get to the local post offices last Monday and ready to post for next Monday......until I realised it's Easter Monday. Should I still post or wait to the following Monday - when it will be two weeks late.Saving money right, left and centre0

Hi all. I'm new to this and have been accepted onto the panel. I've received 3 items so far; the first which a couple of items I need to prepare for posting. The 2nd and 3rd are from other panellists, including SMARTS. Both of these SMARTS have the same code.
I've tried enterring them as post received but the system won't recognise the SMART code. Any ideas? It's the first time I'm trying to enter post received so quite possible I'm doing something wrong!
I go the home page, and click on "Enter received items", then follow the prompts from there.
I've checked my posting plan and the SMART codes for the 2 items I need to post next week are those that I have received so I'm baffled.:j Currently doing the Swagbucks challenge :j0 -

UPPERCASE / lowercase entering issue ?
Mistaking an O for a 0 (zero) or vice-versa, presuming that they can contain numbers and are not just letters ....
.. or a similar "confusion" ?

Did the SMARTs come inside separate envelopes which contained a piece of paper which had a R number for you to record? Are they made from cardboard (training SMARTS which aren't from other panelists) or foam (the real ones)? Just checking they're from other panelists and not from TNS themselves. If they were directly from TNS you wouldn't need to record them as received.0
