You post anywhere in your postcode area (This is defined by the letters at the start of the postcode, the rest is irrelevant) so say if you have a M (Manchester) Postcode you could post in ANY area where the postcodes start with the letter M (And this can be determined by looking at the postbox ID number that you enter to add the postbox as this will start with the same letter(s) as the postcode area it is located within)

Hi I am also doing my second unaddressed mail survey too. They have sent me the usual plastic envelopes and labels with instructons to post them back each monday for the 3 consecutive weeks. Still waiting for my L2S vouchers for the first one, which ended about a month ago.

Well thats good to know. It means i can contact them asking where my plastic envelopes and labels are. I am also waiting for my voucher for the first survey from last month.

To anyone reading this, Which of the email addresses below have you used to contact TNS?

    rmsurveys-helpline@tnsglobal.com

    or

    postalsurveys@research-int.com

Depending on what i read on the website and letters/ instructions received, i see these 2 email addresses used for contact and support but wish to get it right first time.

Not everyone on the correctly delivered survey has to return the items they receive. TNS seem to ask this from some of the newer participants.

I always use the first email address you have mentioned when I have any problem.

I have found that they take about 4/5 weeks to send you your reward nowadays so yours is probably due shortly.

PO asked me to write my postcode and house number on a small parcel today in case it couldn't be delivered, couldn't really say no.

My first unaddressed mail survey was during weeks commencing 24th February, 3rd & 10th March.

I had to send them the received mail during that period, but have not been asked to do so during the latest period which started today.

I received an email a few days ago indicating that they were currently preparing the incentive for that survey.

I had them ask that when I posted a cube last week.

As your box is stamped just post it in the usual way. If they had sent you one to be sent in the new way with you paying for the postage by APL, you would have received L2S vouchers with the other papers to cover the cost.

    That's what I thought - thank you!

This week, i am starting the 3 week Unaddressed Mail Survey for the second time but i have not received any plastic envelopes to send the leaflets back to them.

Has the process now changed? I have just read the PDF attachment on the email and there is no mention of returning the leaflets each Monday, just that I need to enter the amount of leaflets received and to check them against the images etc.

    tia

I'm doing the unaddressed mail survey for the 4th time, previously I had to send back in the plastic bag and this was clearly stated in the PDF instructions. This time there is no instruction to do this so even though I have bags left from last time I will just hang on to the mail for a week and then bin it.
