I tend to use the tnsglobal.com email and always get a reply.

As for been asked to write sender details on parcels just put a work address or something like that if you can, if its undelivered and opened you wont be revealed as it isn't your address and it's not as though the company you work for will have any clue what the hell it is or that you sent it.... either this or just change one of the numbers in the postcode so it doesn't point at your address, the PO don't check the details against the address database.

The details they asked me to supply were just house number and postcode, and if they are there then there is no need for the post office personnel to open the package .

However should the package become damaged in transit it would reveal your identity as well as the recipients...

If it is newly built you won't be in the system yet.

It's 3 years old but we manage to get our post delivered and whenever I've had a parcel that needs re delivered the Royal Mail website recognises it then?

It depends what database TNS are using. You could try and email or call them and ask. Details are quoted above.

My home is less than 2 years old and the postcode is not recognised a lot of the time. This is mainly because the places which do not recognise the postcode have not updated their postcode databases for such a long time.

I think I had to email TNS about this when I first applied to join the panel, as the link I clicked on when applying wasn't connected to the updated postcode database when I applied late last year.

Google maps and Google earth still indicate a position about 2 miles away from my home when I input my psotcode onto them.

i have seen it all now ...!!!!!!!

whoever posted a cube box to me have got a cheek ......looks like they kept the vouchers they were issued with to pay for postage and committed fraud .... They carefully cut out £3 stamp from another envelope and glued on to the box you could see the brown envelope round the edges of the stamp
(( according to schedule inside box it should be £3-20)) luckily i didn't get a not enough postage slip to pay the difference
