Unfortunately they will have got through training as there was never any way in the past for what anyone did with a Smart to be checked.
Wonder if that is why you now have to send back the "dummy" Smarts when you are training/retraining? Probably someone reported it and for that were taken off the panel!
I recently sent an email to TNS suggesting that they sent a reminder out that the paper put in the jiffy bags is meant to be included when posted, as it seems so many think it is a freebie for them.
Received a reply saying it would be passed on to the Management team - but haven't heard anymore and I haven't seen any mention on this thread that any one else had received the reminder.
They could do with a panel of regular posters to tell them how to conduct this survey and sort out all the idiots involved!!0 -
Apparently my friend "passed" her training... despite not sending 3 weeks of training material back, it was just sat on the side with training smarts. As she showed me her "presentation pack of childhood memories stamps" for doing nothing.0

i had another first today
..i entered details of item recieved only to be asked was it correct or did i want to amend ..checked details again and they were correct got the same message again
...then noticed it should have been a printed address label and panelist had . hand written the address instead on the envelope
just read your post above redagila i've also had few panelists again this week sending the jiffy bags with only one sheet of paper instead of the 10 that should be in it .!!!!0 -

I think they put people on the panel for about 9 months overall. There is the invite and then the training stuff arrives about 1 month later. 2 months roughly of training and then 6 months on the panel.0 -
Just got the email that my first pack will arrive around April 7th. Looking forward to getting those stamps again.Because it's fun to have money!
