Yes, these come with the insert for the R label exactly the same as other letters.

No, stamped envelopes and the other things needed are all supplied to you.

If you read through this thread you will find that occasionally letters arrive with insufficient postage but you can claim this back if it does happen. Must say, I have been a member for a number of years and have never had it happen to me.

Word of warning, you may not be selected as a member immediately, depends if there is a vacancy in your postcode.

Had a weird one at the weekend - sender had a) glued the address & r number insert to inside the envelope & put the smart in a sealed envelope glued onto a blank piece of paper

That's a new variation on the members who don't know how to do their part properly.

Was that from a business sender? I have had that on more than one occasion, I think. It was with a larger (C5 or possibly C4) window envelope and keeps the address clearly in the window and stops the Smart shifting around and piercing the edge of the envelope. It may be that it is an instruction from TNS to some business panelists.

Is that for posting a test item? It shouldn't need a stamp. Possibly there's a Freepost address or you should have been sent a pre-printed reply envelope.
Are you for real? - Glass Half Empty??

Anything sent by TNS you do not need to record as you will be posting this out. You only record items sent to you from other panellists or items or businesses.
