  • On my posting schedule i am asked to post an item tomorrrow. However it does not specify how it gets posted apart from 2nd class and a smart.I am in posession of the smart but the envelope type is blank and i have not received anything to post,i.e no stamp or envelope. Has anyone had this probnlem? Have contacted by email 2 days ago, but had no reply :(

    Probably best to phone them tomorrow but you will probably be told to ignore it if you haven't received the paper schedule and envelopes. If that does happen you will need to return the smart to them as it has already been allocated to an item.
    If you can't contact them tomorrow, I suggest you wait to see if the envelope, etc. arrives late, in which case you could post next week on Wednesday.
  • Am I the only one who didn't realise that they were receiving 'test' items? I had started receiving a magazine thing a number of weeks ago and thought it strange. Only today I have noticed a box on my home page which states 'check to see if a test item' and lo and behold it is the magazine I have mysteriously been receiving!

    I have e-mailed them this evening!

    Possibly. The box on the Daily Task view has always been there. Did you read the training material or News section?
  • I received a SMART today and when I entered it on the system I was asked to return it to TNS

    Does anybody know why? I thought that maybe the person who sent it to me had made an error and sent me the wrong one ...

    it could have been picked up as low battery when it was going through the system, so rather than chance another run through, get it back asap. x

    Hi still need to add items received, my items have zeros. it wont accept them.

    I am guessing you are still in the training phase. R000 is usually on the sticker that you send back to West Brom
    so you don't have to enter it anywhere. If you have received a training smart AEDB there should be an R code with that which you can enter as a received item.

    Back into training now, got my new training pack today, it had a binder full of info which was different to the last few times.

  • Had a weird one at the weekend - sender had a) glued the address & r number insert to inside the envelope & put the smart in a sealed envelope glued onto a blank piece of paper :huh:
