  • I have been RESTING from the main Panel since late last year and I wonder could anyone tell me if there as being any major changes regarding the posting/receiving the letters/boxes that you receive/send during your time on the main Panel. Any recent changes would be helpful to me.;)

hi have a new problem, my r number is four noughts. it wont accept code. call centre closed posting monday

Have you received that as an item to record or is it something you are due to post out on Monday?

If it is that you are due to post it, it is not your R number. It is the R (for Receive) number for the recipient.

Interesting. By the way, do you think that over recent months they have reduced the size of the jiffy bags they are using? IIRC earlier on they were not so easy to get through my letter box apperture and there doesn't seem to be a problem now.
Maybe it's because of all the paper being removed by some panellists?

Training lasts for upto 7 weeks, although within that time you will probably get a few weeks with nothing to post.

I have taken part in the full postal survey twice now and got an email about 6 weeks ago to say I would be starting up again and would receive my pack week beginning 17/2/14 and I would get an email to say when it was being prepared.

I haven't received an email or a pack yet.

    Anyone else still waiting?

if you have done the postal survey before then your previous log on details will still be valid....have you tried logging onto the website and seeing if you were allocated any posting last week and hopefully from monday it will also show if there is any allocation for the following week also.

Sometimes it does take a week or so to prepare andput you back onto the panel, even if at first its only in a training capacity....
Call them or drop them an email to clarify though if theres nothing listed for next week or the following week on the website when you log on.

I can understand that viewpoint. I guess the eventual (one hopes!) £2 voucher would compensate for the inconvenience.

However, [STRIKE]as long as not all your grocery shopping is done on-line, they are easy to spend - Sainsbury's, Morrisons,[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]WHSmith,[/STRIKE] Wilkinsons [STRIKE]all [/STRIKE]take them (and often have very reasonable prices on everday necessities like household cleaning materials) along with many others of course. List provided in link by Saetana viewpost.gif below.

I have today received my March incentive of stamps have emailed them yet to see my incentive for posting via the APL system.

I'm one of those just finishing my 6-month "on" and don't recall being asked about new procedure re obtaining postage labels. It will be interesting to read this thread over the next few months to see how more people experience it.

Think the reason you have no recollection of the new procedure may be because, according to the email I received, the new parcel posting procedure has been piloted by a few panellists since the beginning of the year and now it is being introduced to the rest of us. I have only just gone back on the live panel but am actually away in holiday for a few weeks from next week. (I've already received next weeks posting pack and confirmed with TNS that I could post the envelopes early) I am still owed a Love2Shop voucher for the last unaddressed survey I did in Jan so will email them about that.
