i found the login website and requested my passwod so i can access that ok.
Nothing in pack about the login site or my passwords.

It looks straightforward to me but had no e.mail confirming i was getting a training kit and no e.mail instructions from them either.

Has anyone else not received their February stamps yet? i know some of you have reported receiving them in the pack for this week (W/C 3RD Feb) but mine haven't arrived :(

Has anyone noticed their packs arriving later and later also? mine seem to be arriving day later each week and this weeks (W/C 3rd feb) arriving on Saturday Feb 1st... cutting it a bit close!

I received my pack with the "Please find enclosed this months incentive" leaflet only to find no incentive enclosed. Have emailed off to say they are missing has anyone else had this?

Yes, me too. Which email address did you use?

As mentioned in post #1099, there is more than one address but the "best" to use is said to be the one mentioned in the recorded phone message, which is not the same as the one on the login page.

I've been doing this since December, my first items to post were on Xmas eve. I've only received the first pack of stamps with my training stuff, would these have been for December or January as I haven't received any since these.

Also, when will I receive the presentation stamps, do these come when I am out of the training period?

During in training you will receive one set of stamps. So, these don't really apply to any month. Once you join the panel and you get your first pack it will contain a presentation pack and more stamps. :)
  • Do any of you lovelies know if we can use the 1st class & 'Large' incentive stamps to send letters & parcels abroad or do they have to have the price and currency on them?

i ask because my local Post Office has changed management and is now more shop than P.O.and they do tend to tell a few porky pies when i try to send the test boxes and pre-stamped items

    TIA

    stamps are Royal Mail money
worth the value at current time of posting
When an item comes into the UK,RM arent checking postage
    So why would other countries
