Has anyone noticed their packs arriving later and later also? mine seem to be arriving day later each week and this weeks (W/C 3rd feb) arriving on Saturday Feb 1st... cutting it a bit close!
They used to be about 10 days ahead for me; now about 4 days.
I need to think of something new here...

Oh dear recieved a smart today with the date recieved stamped on it and another stamp with "entered" on the sticker. It's not a library book, although it now looks like one =\

Many large companies mark all their post received in their post room...so its not uncommon to see a smart that has some additional marking...

At least its better to mark the smart thats contained within the envelope than the outside of the envelope for all to see!

What I don't like about the new training is that you don't get the smarts until after the main package comes, which means I can't seal up the envelopes for a few days

Although thats somthing that also happens when you are live on the panel too...many a time im waiting for smarts to be delivered so I can log them in and re cyclr them round in the posting!

Theres not much rhyme and reason to it..sometimes you manage to get loads of smarts in and other times you are literally waiting for post to drop though your door in order to reuse them.

May be a silly question, but do we record when we receive the main posting pack, or just the individual letters/parcels that have the R numbers/smarts?

I just suddenly thought about this (new panellist, sorry!)

Received my first training pack, now to get back in the swing of things and learn anything new they've introduced!

The posting pack contains the items you need to send...and you dont need to log that in as received mail.

log the items that are sent to you by other panelists/companies but not the correspondance received from TNS

I applied to join a few weeks ago and today a large envelope arrived with a letter to post and a jiffy bag next week.
It said i will get instruction via e.mail but not had anything.
What is this about logging onto a website on here?

    Is this normal.
I see what i have to do, but am i supposed to get info from an e.mail?

does it give any contact details for TNS on the letter that you have received with the postal items?
I would try and phone them...although bear in mind that the office closes each day at 1pm

Whilst everyone here is more than happy to offer advice to new users its also important if you are not getting the things promised ie correct log in details from TNS that you should advise them.
