It's unusual just to have one item a week to post though, are you sure you haven't misread it.

I only signed up a week ago, got my first item thursday, and a second friday.
I was able to input 2 smarts with the AEDB code during my first week of training without any problem.

I can't get to the screen where I input the AEDB because it asks for the R number first, which it won't accept because I've already used that R number the day before :/

It looks as though they have made a mistake if you have received the same R no. for both smarts.

I am just retraining and have received 2 of the smarts but they have different R nos.

You definitely need to contact them about the problem.

Has anyone had anything delivered yet today....
For something that started its jouney in France on the 24th Jan these parcels are taking a long time to arrive!

If infact they do also contain the booklet questionaire we will need to complete it and return it on the day received in order to have it returned to them within 3 weeks at this rate.
    Eh? Wrong thread?

    No Problem :)

You could always sell the large stamps on eBay or similar, they're worth £3.60 for the book of 4 so if you have a few would be worthwhile

Never thought of that - thanks!

I received next weeks postings and stamps this morning....the only thng I found different from previous weeks has been that they are now putting everything inside a large envelope before putting it in the standard envelope....presumably this is going to help if the outer envelope gets a little ripped the contents of the inner envelope shouldnt fall out.
Me too. Given that the outer one often arrives bashed or with corner torn - it's a good idea. Plus you now have a free white C4 envelope to use one of those Large stamps on!
I need to think of something new here...

82much, do you never send any parcels anywhere?
I've used up a lot of my large letter stamps to send parcels second class - you just use the face value of them to make up whatever amount you need.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Well I've signed up successfully this time. Last couple of times its said they were full for my area. This may be the only bonus to living in an area with a high ratio of students :rotfl: I wonder how long it'll take for me to start training?

  • What's the URL for logging SMARTs please?

The only instructions I've received have been very vague.
